King/CEO of Slug Out Boxing today (Mr.Delray Raines)
and asked him if he was doing Super Z V.S. Mighty Messer
July 18th in Paris Arkansas . He then called me and asked me
what was going on with Messer ! I told him how the situation
was when I was doing the June 20th card ! He then conversed
with me briefly and then give me this as the official statement
to all TPS & SOB fans and fighters

Hi SOB & TPS Fans
I am Delray Raines (D Ray ), I am the future
promoter of Slug Out Boxing I want to make a few things
clear at this time .I want the TPS to grow.I want the story
to carry on and on for decades. I want people to remember
the great fights of the past and to look forward to
the TPS future super fights.But the TPS must be one
Team and one Dream just like my Coach Dr.Goodnight
told me along time ago !And if a link is weak in the Boxing
Brotherhood than the whole thing will fall as its showed
when Dr.Goodnight was the SOB Promoter , Yes we must work together
as one ! And any tactics than seems to weaken the SOB or the
TPS , Will be dissolved and most of the time with out any bargaining
or discussions . All Ideas are welcome ! But remember all my
future endeavors in to this TPS will be based on the profit
margin.I am not in to the live a dream business as Dr.Goodnight
I watched him waist good money and time on people whoever
pissed it away and did not live up to their promises in one way
or another.I remember before I took over the money part of the
S.O.B. . Fighters who would swear they were going to sale 200 tickets
but would come up to Goodnight an hour before the show ,Hand him a
stack of tickets and a small wrinkled up wod of money that was not even
half of what their opponent was costing , they would walk away saying
something in the nature of everybody had something to do tonight .
Like they could careless Goodnight was going to have to dig in to
his life savings to save the show once again !Again I am open for Ideas.
All are welcome !But know this and realize , I am not going back to
talkers and no walkers . Matter of fact I am not going back anywhere with
the S.O.B. or the TPS it is going forward from July 18th forward !
And I will look forward to answering any questions tomorrow on the The
