Just a quick question.
I have had a fairly bad, persistent cough for a few weeks now and my shoulders are starting to hurt. Especially when I cough after a work-out.
Can regular coughing cause permanent damage?

You can seperate the tissue around the ribs from the bone if you cough too hard.

Whats up with this forum? I thought this was a boxing training and nutrition section...not a hospital, this thread is not even related to boxing
