Figure out what you wanna do, look up all the places in your area that do it, put on a nice suit, and walk in and ask if they are hiring and fill the apps out on the spot, and ask to talk to somone about it on the spot. Follow through with the applications you turn in, usually with a phone call in a few days if you dont hear. Squeaky wheel gets the grease...i know thats cheesy, but it works.

Good luck, and dont use internet job sites...i've done that 4857923485629345 times (ok not THAT many) and not only do you have no clue if they are really looking at your application, but theres usually no contact info to follow up.

Don't do like me and take jobs you're over qualified for just so you don't have to look anymore. I hate job huting but it's worth it in the long run

I do, but I only give a **** what their professional references say. Some place are probably too lazy to check out your resume so you can get away with some outrageous lies, but don't count on it.
