Any of you know what that is? I do. Apparently I ruptured mine. It supports the arch. Without it, one is flatfooted. And it is painful.

LOL....I do swear once in awhile.

That picture looks to be off the same website I did some research on.

My doctor wants to try the orthotics first. But that won't repair the tendon. I did this two years ago. HMO ins. wouldnt' allow me to see a podiatrist any sooner. That's part of my reason for swearing....that and the rest of my faimly blames my son....it was him I was running down (he was nine) when he tried to run away. I can't blame him.....oh well....life goes on. Thinking about the surgery.....anyone know anything on this?
