This is something I've been pondering for more than 10 years. They all rock, but French Toast is without a doubt the king of high carb breakfast foods. Extra syrup and butter for me!

I hate all three, it's mainly because I cannot stand Syrup. Biskits and Gravy is the best breakfast food....

How can you not like syrup? Ketchup and syrup are 2 of the greatest inventions ever. Sugar rules!

i have a hard time drinking water as a breakfast beverage. it makes almost gag...but a few hours after waking up, i can drink the **** all day.

Not on your list: two boiled eggs and a couple of hot dogs. Can't ****ing bea tthat.

I would to take this to mean which of the provided options is the best breakfast selection. Not what I like, or what I had once.
