I am 5' 4" and I want to fight in the 119 pound division as an amatuer but I had thoughts of fighting at 125, so what weight class would be suited to my height

It isn't just about your height. For example you could fight at 106, or 140 depending on what type of body you have. At 5'4 and wanting to fight 125, I am assuming you must be pretty stalky.

I am 5'7 1/2 and I fight at 125.

Well how easily do you make 125? If you make it very easily maybe you can consider cutting down to 125. You want to fight at the lowest weight class you can comfortably make so you have an advantage. However, you don't want to drain to the point where you're becoming fatigued due to weight drain.

Right now I weigh 145 because im overweight but i have a feeling that if I lose all the fat I probably would be able to make 119. I also want to know what you walking around is.

i was taught to stay at your best natural weight

so ur at 119

125 is a good fit, for you, but pay attention to how your body is taking the xtra weight.
