So i not feeling well now, i got some kinda flu maybe swine flu, but i made a promise to my trainor 3days ago that i would start jogging tommrow and would start intense training, i wanted rest but if i don't show up they'll be kinda pissed or look down on me because these doods are sumtin into kinda deep samurai discipline, muay thai sacrfice warrior **** like that and they might see as a soft and weak if don't kinda show im taking a break..
So now i dunno should force myself and run tommrow and train like a slave? or should i just sleep in bed take my meds and watch pr0n...??
