I don't like this kind of neo-dictators, they play with the "vox populi". Obviously, how was going Chavez to lose these elections?!? He was who said to make the referendum..mmmmm....he was very sure of get the victory. Sorry but I can't believe in a true democracy in Venezuela. Well, today an international comission is going here to prove it, we'll see.

Anyway, I'm sure Kato knows more about this theme...
