I think I am not alone in feeling that this "man" is among the biggest walking piles of scum in boxing. To make matters worse he FIGHTS for the interests of one of the WORST fighters in boxing John Ruiz. Every time Stone opens his mouth to say his usual bull**** I wanna put my fist in it.

Look at some of the charges there have been against this guy outside the ring. Look at his behavior inside. Is there anybody more hateful than him in boxing?

I just read that he was fined and suspended by the NYSAC for his actions on Saturday. He was fined $1000.00. I do not think that is enough!

Norman Stone is great for a good laugh, which is needed to keep one awake in a Ruiz fight....

I love Stoney he brings excitement, while it may be rude and crude for what he does (as he did to the ref saturday) Hands down it was the highlight of my evening, The whole thing stoney did was hilarious to me.....Although he didnt give much advice to Ruiz in the corner other than *the ref is a piece of **** he isnt doing his job*

So thumbs down to that, but Stoney made me laugh and kept me awake for a good bit of the Ruiz fight....

Norman Stone=God

Ruiz has fought on the same pay cable and PPV channels that show Sex in the City, Emmanuelle series, and Family Business.

This guy's mouth isn't out of place so that there is any FCC issues. Only those at ringside can hear him.

I think the guy's funny and is interesting during the course of the fight. I like the mics in the corner.

If this guy was really bad for boxing, HBO wouldn't give him so much face time on the telecasts. They won't send the cameras to the crowds when there's a ruckus, but they have no problem watching a guy verbally abusing officials.

that fine was just a formality so it doesn't look like his behavior is condoned, but it really is.

*EXPLICIT LANGUAGE DO NOT VIEW UNLESS YOU WISH TO READ IT*

After the 1st round bell golota and ruiz was hitting after the bell.

Norman rushed into the ring into andrews golota and was about to punch andrews trainer.

During the corner he repeatedly said, this ref is a piece of **** and he doesnt know how to do his job blah blah blah.

Around round 4 or 5, Ruiz tape begins to come off his glove and the ref asks stoney to fix it.

Stoney calls him a piece of **** and says he could (the ref) and the ref said no you do it and he stood their looking at the ref saying along the lines of.

You are a big piece of ****, you ****ing ****sucker you dumb son of a ***** and so forth excuse the language.

Well Stoney continued to ***** between rounds and telling the ref to shut the **** up and do his damn job and said he would be waiting for him after the fight.

Round 8 the tape came off again, Stoney got the tape tried to get the tape out but couldnt because of the vaseline all over his hands and the ref looks on and stoney hands the tape to the ref.

The ref hands back the tape and stoney says he has no ****ing balls and tapes john up and while doing so he calls the ref a ****ing jerkoff.

Norman steps down from the ring and Merchant says, what a class act and him and jones giggled for a while...

The ref orders him out of the ring and he leaves and leans over to King and says "Im saying this is a ****ing fixed fight" King looks on.

Later on they show him in the dressing room and he says "I dont know why I was removed, I didnt say anything to him"

Then they show him on his knees praying and the crowd roars he looks up as if something has happened and he is just on the screen.

When the winner is announced he raises his hands in victory and yell "JOHNNNNNY" or something to that nature, Exposing his disgusting yellow arm pits and smiling like a fool.

Thats about it really.

Stoney was great saturday.

You really need to watch that fight to get all of it, because it had me cracking up laughing...It may not have been funny to some but I found it quite humorous and replayed it several times.

what did he say to the ref this time? i remember seeing him pissed during the jones fight, that was pretty funny.

Round 1: (after putting his hands on a guy in Golota's corner) You wanna control him?!?

Round 2: Hey Ref! Ref! (Showing the Golota fouls) I mean, they're knockdowns! You get knocked down by it.

Round 3: nothing caught on tape.

Round 4: ref, you gotta give us a shake here. You gotta give us a shake.

Round 5: He was (inaudible) and you stopped it! ****in' *******! What a piece of **** you turned out to be! What a ****in' piece of ****. You've got no ****ing balls you ****sucker!

(after Round, Neumann says "one more time and you're out of here")

You're not doing your job, you're not doing your job

Round 6: (to Ruiz, not Neumann) He ain't gonna do nothin' for you. He ain't gonna do nothin' for you. He's for the other guy. It's a proven fact.

Round 7: nothing of note.

Round 8: (having to retape John's gloves)
(hands Neumann tape off Ruiz's glove)

****in' jerkoff.

(ordered out)

You want me out? I'll sue you for every ****ing thing you got, you ****.

(to anyone that will listen)

I'm suing him for every ****ing thing that he's got. Everything - what did I say to him? I didn't say a word to him!

(to Don King)

...this is a ****in' fixed fight.

If Ruiz was involved in fights that actually had action, most of Stoney's crapola would go unnoticed. But, there's nothing worth watching in any Ruiz fight, so the attention goes to Stoney.
The two are an absolute cancer.

I want to know.....does Stoney train Ruiz to fight like he does ?
When they're working the mitts, do they wrestle around too ? Does Johnny maul his sparring partners like that ? Does he throw one punch at them & then fall into a clinch ?

No to the training, I have seen clips and they actually work and do footwork.

I think during training he watches National Geographic specials about black bears instead of fight tapes.
