Kazuhiro Nakamura def Murilo Bustamante via UD - Bustamante looked busted in this fight, it wasn't even close . Nakamura controled him from start to finish.

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira def Sergei Kharitonov via UD - Sergei looked good standing but couldn't handle Nogueira on the ground. Sergei didn't look bad but it was a pretty clear UD.

Fedor Emelianenko def Naoya Ogawa via armbar 0:54 rd 1 - Fedor took him down, mounted him and then damn near ripped Ogawa's arm off

Ron Waterman def Kevin Randleman via Keylock 7:44 rd 1 - Randleman was on top and in control (although not dominating by any means). Waterman got a yellow card for holding. After a re-start Randleman got another takedown but was reversed by Waterman who landed in side control. Waterman locked in a keylock right away and had Randleman screaming in pain before he tapped out.

Mirko Filipovic def Aleksander Emelianenko via KO 2:09 rd 1 - Emelianeko chased Mirko around the ring, really looking hard for a takedown. Mirko finaly landed the big shot and followed it up, leaving Aleksander twitching on the ground.

Wanderlei Silva def Yuki Kondo via KO 2:46 rd 1 - Silva murdered Kondo. He landed some hard shots standing, put Kondo down, and then stomped Kondos face into the ground like 4 times before they pulled him off Kondo.

Fedor Emelianenko NC Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira - A huge disapointment. An accidental clash of head about 4 mins into the first round opened up a huge, Marvin Eastman like cut over Fedors eye. They had no choice but to stop the fight and because it was caused by an accidental headbutt and not a Nogueira punch or kick, its a NC.

Overall an exciting event with some awesome K.Os and a few noteable upsets. However, a huge disapointment in the final match.

Also worth noting, a very short event. Not much action for your money (time wise, some of the matches ended quick, but were very exciting).

Good for Nakamura and I'm so ****ing pissed about Randleman. Waterman doesn't deserve to have a win over Randleman.

Sucks for Fedor/Nogueira

With the anticlimactic final match this will be $30 I will be saving. Silva has to fight Rampage, Couture or Vitor soon......

Why was Busta/Hendo a win with an accidental headbutt, but Noguera/Fedor a NC?

Because the headbutt didnt cause a cut that stopped the fight, and the Busta/Hendo headbutt didnt hurt Busta too bad because he was still trying to jump into guard after it happened....

A real let down for sure. I think Sergie should get another shot at Nog soon. That was a close fight. Let them fight the 10 10 5 minute rounds of a regular match and see what happens. I though he was the real deal. Have him fight Cro Cop or Randleman or Herring while Nog and Fedor settle up and go from there.

Jackson vs Silva is going to be a war. I can't wait for this fight.

This event just surved as another showcase for why Nogueira and Fedor are head and shoulders above the rest of the HW divison. Mir could hang with for a few mins until his weaknesses started to show (he doesn't have the gas Nogueira or Fedor has. Not even close to thier level).

Those two are the top of the HW food chain. I don't know if the UFC guys would have anything for them or even Sergei. Too bad we'll never know. Just like Couture vs Silva. That fight would be great but we'll never see it.

Hey, save that **** for the rotties forum! That doesn't belong in here!

Man, Nakamura made Busta look old. He was tossing him around pretty badly in there. I doubt if we'll ever get to see that Busta-Hendo rematch now.
Waterman....too much of a weight and power difference here. Waterman has only one damn sub in his limited arsenal. Leave it Randleman to get caught by it.
Nog and Kharitonov was too inconclusive for me to deal with. It seemed like two rounds wasn't enough for me.
****, that Fedor-Ogawa fight was pure ownage. Ogawa was beaten at his own game. Very easily at that.
Poor Kondo. Those foot stomps were ****ing BRUTAL.
For a while, it looked like a replay of Fedor-Nog part 1. Fedor grounding and pounding the **** out of Nog, and Nog trying his best to slap the triangle on. That gash was unfortunate, but at least we'll get to see a rematch. These two are CLEARLY, the best two heavyweights in the world.

I thought it was a great event.
