Does anyone here take ‘em? If so, what do you take and what are you results?

I take AD-1 and creatine. The combination definitely helps me recover faster after an intense lifting/working out session; anaerobic as well aerobic.

(I put this in the General Discussion because we all know damn well that all my threads get sidetracked pretty damn fast.... except the Salmon thread I made, that’s still talking about fish and not the nastiness between a strippers legs.)

NO2. It made me the sexy animal I was about 2 months ago. I got f'n huge, had mad cardio, holla'd at mad hoes. Now I am just a fat, piece of crippled ****.

lol.. i got some friends that do the needle-steroid thing.. and I'm still bigger than them and I dont use that ****, lol... but it also makes them aggitated as all hell, that's no way to live man. If you take some Andro, creatine, vitamins, etc then you're able to shut it off as soon as you leave the gym; where as steroids you're pissed off 24/7, lol but that works for some people, just not for me. Oh yea.. and one of those fools ended up in the hospital because a few of his organs were ruined and had to be transplanted.. another fool started piss'n blood out of his shrunk ass dick and balls.. I dunno man, it doesn't happen to everyone though. Just use precaution and don't take too much, lol.. or u get ***** tits.

Have about 3 protein shakes a day and eat pretty cleanly. I am genetically kinda lucky in that I have a frame that can carry a fair bit of weight without looking obese and have good natural strength.

A few guys I know have used gear and have been ok, a couple went too far and screwed themselves over, but on the whole, if educated right and used intelligently, juice is relatively safe....apart from long term affects that can change from person to person

I know this dude that juices regularly and he's ok. He's 5'7" and 194 of muscle. He doesn't even use anti-e's.

If people would learn to do their post cycle's you wouldn't have many people taking roids and having problems.

i saw the result and it was super. besides working it tasted good.ummmmmm *****, plus it had 45 grams of whey protein.
but i quit working out, because my penis was getting little after every **** intense workout.

Well let's break down this little post. Steroids really don't make you pissed off, at all. It's the type of person you are that creates that atmosphere. ANother, steroids does not shrink your ****, at all. Use precaution? Well, use your damn brain. That's what i would say. Don't take them if you haven't done your research. With research and knowning, steroids is a safe bet with me. And that's what I tell everyone.


Also, if you are looking to beef up, legally. I would use a 1-test, 4 andro stack. 200 mg of 1-test, 400 mg of 4-andro a day. Eat around, well i don't really know how much you weight, bf % and such. But i'll throw out a estimate/guess anyway, probably 3200-3500 kcals. 50%/30%/20% breakdown (carbs/prot/fat). Still, stay away from saturated fats if you can. I would say a 4 week cycle would beef you up A LOT. Then, after your cycle, diet. Altho, you will find out that for a 4 week cycle of you will need, it will cost a decent penny. But whatever dude, try to rip this post because you don't like me.

can anyone recommend what might be a good thing to take for someone doing alot of cardio now? im not really lifting anything, although i will be soon, and i dont wanna bulk up or anything. i want to slim down and just gain some upper body strength, mainly chest/tri's/and bi's... (have some specific excersizes to "passs' on a fitness test in october im preparing for.

A good diet. No need to take anything really. Multi vitamin and a good diet.

Echinacea
Vitamin B + Tryptophan
Vitamin C + Garlic
Zinc
Magnesium
Protein Powder
That's about it off the top of my head.
