As well as his footwork. As long as he circles to his left to stay away from Hendo's right hand and uses his reach to pick shots he could walk away with a points victory. Plus lateral movement would help stuff any takedown attempts. Only thing he has to be careful of is over committing to shots and staying in the pocket. Last thing he needs to get involved into a brawling exchange.

Bisping has great striking fundamentals. His footwork, patience and timing are all excellent. I think Henderson will struggle to get past this to a take-down. Also, barring the Rashad Evans Farce, I feel Bisping is strong on the ground. By no means a specialist, but he knows his way back to his feet, and is a good survivalist when he's horizontal.

Depends on the fight. Bisping will win by decision if the fight stays standing because Hendo fights like Leben standing. Henderson will win if the fight goes to the floor because Bisping's ground game isn't on par with Hendo's.



I been a fan of Hendo longer so I gotta vote Henderson.

I hope Henderson wipes the mat with Bisping. Although he's never been a champion, Bisping seems to think he's all that.

yeah I like this fight better at mw cuz the LHW division is stacked enough as it is. this will give the MW division some much needed competition.

true, henderson does like to brawl but he is a good brawler so that isn't all bad.

i really hope henderson ko's him!

i see hendo winning by decision or ko. bisping may be the more technical fighter and have better footwork, but he has zero power in his punches which wont hurt hendo. henderson seems to be able to take a punch. i just dont see bisping beating henderson. plus, i think bisping is full of himself which makes me dislike him.
