I've used Muscle Max or what ever its called and you do start to notice it, but the thing is my muscles bloon up anyway when i use weights i noticed the difference after around 2-3 weeks on myself, with other people it may vary my mate used it and he never noticed it untill about 4 months so you have to be patience with it. It does work but be careful to not over do it! I'm thinking that you want to be a boxer not a body builder!

I wouldn't take that carb powder if I were you. Unless you're unbelievably skinny, you'll most likely gain weight that you don't want. You should be getting your carbs from natural foods.
I hear good things about creatine but I really haven't used it much. The best time to take creatine is immediately after your workout when the metabolic state of skeletal muscle is most receptive to the insulin-mediated uptake of creatine. Though taking creatine monohydrate before a workout has it's benefits too.
Protein you should drink post workout. Try eating a glycogen carb with it like a banana after lifting.
Hope that helps.
thats spot on i want to box im just getting my strenghth and stamina up to scratch so when i go gym i can train harder

bella1 05-13-2009, 06:56 PM Musashi is the best brand I feel, I've used some body science products also which were quite good. Check them out, usually they provide a lot of advice also when to take and how much
JC Warrior 05-13-2009, 10:24 PM If you want strength and stamina creatine can be a great boon, but if you're looking for boxing stamina/endurance I would avoid creatine and stick with a lean steak in the evening. Creatine requires an inordinate amount of water to reap any kind of practical endurance benefit. You will definitely get burst strength moments and much harder/full feeling muscles, but you will also go through water far more quickly. Unless you can devote yourself to several liters or even a few gallons of water a day I would strongly reccomend against using creatine when preparing for boxing.

if your looking for a miracle or a shortcut there are none.... cardio and diet is the only way
tomhead69 05-17-2009, 03:23 AM but what if i take it and still do my normal training ?
trainhard_187 05-17-2009, 03:25 AM Lipo or tummy tuck. Quicker then any supplement or diet.
Buakaw1983 05-17-2009, 08:37 AM Protein, carbs and creatine are a staple in my supplement stash. They are very good for regeneration after hard workouts.Take 20 g of protein with 40 g carb powder approx. 1 hour before your workout and immediately after.
Take 5 g of creatine after your workout and 5 g in the morning on non training days with fast digesting carbs to replenish ATP and glycogen in your muscles.
It also helps with superhydrating your muscle cells->more endurance+your muscles will look bigger.
When you are looking for creatine, just buy some simple creatine monohydrate. It´s cheap and works as good as the more expensive products.
