I've read on the EA forums some people in Australia and the UK have already been able to download for the PS3, so you limey bastards should give it a go and see if it's availible for d/l.

I heard the game is using 'Game Face' where you can upload a pic on the website and it creates the person in the game for you. You'll be able to make Hopkins or anybody you want easy.

Yes, they should still be in the final version. The Demo was likely put together before they finished the models for Valero/Abraham. There also could be more fighters as well not shown in the demo.

And yes, Game Face is in the game, so recreating the greats not in the game should be fairly easy. Or an ex-boss, someone you hate, lol. beat their asses

I thought that game was kind of week imo. Yeah, the graphics are impressive and at first the KO's are really cool. But after playing for a few hours you realize the KO's are pretty scripted and the physics of the game kinda suck, often times you'll score a KO without even connecting on your opponent or barely grazed him.

Plus, fights only last 15 seconds to like 5 minutes tops. Reminds me of the old dreamcast UFC game. Games ended so fast or end up on the ground for long periods of times (oh yeah those are the reasons I like boxing more than UFC in real life too lol)

Nah man, I worked my way up the difficult level eventually all the way to the top. KO's didn't come as easy, but they still occured relatively fast. Submissions were nearly impossible.

The codes for the UK only work for the PS3 for now. I think xbox 360 people from both US and UK have to wait till tomorrrow the 14

I pre ordered online so Im not too sure, I read somewhere that they only bill you 10 days before they deliver it. So essentially I could cancel the order and still have the code.

To pre-order here in Canada you could put as little a 5 bucks, I dropped $20 right away on both Fight Night and UFC.

They gave me the code for Fight Night right away and also when I pick up UFC I'll be given a code to download 2 extra characters right away.

btw, I've heard the demo is an earlier build of the game, so it's definitely not finalized gameplay. It has the larger torso's and might have a bit of a lag which isn't present in the final version. Ricky hatton doesn't even have his "Hitman" tat on his back...

Oh, the ratings in the demo are not correct, EA confirmed this as well. Since the demo is from the early build of the game, the ratings were also not finished, not balanced and not accurate.
