Here is what I want to know, how the **** on an accidental head bump you get 2 points deducted and the after winning every round the ****ing japanesse judges give it to the jap, but the other neutral judge gives the fight to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems Pride and UFC are anti-ATT....

I wouldn't say Aurelio won every round. In fact, I don't think he won any rounds. I was surprised to see one judge give him the nod.

It's true they hand out belts to easy. Look at hermes he gets abunch of wins in the afc then he goes to the ufc and people act surprized that he didn't win two fights saying they were close and could have gone ether way. They don't have as good as bjj skills as they think. I have yet to be impressed by anyone at att striking except for aaron reily and he's still more of amc pankration guy. I'm sorry but when you attemp a sub and the guy escapes the points are even they cancel each other out. Plus the punching for the top from Mishima was more of a attempt to finish the fight.

Hey I got a idea stop trying for a armbar from the gaurd 15 times. If it didn't work the first couple of times maybe you should change it up. Maybe go for a keylock or a choke. His game just got figured out and he didn't change it. The gaurd is a defensive postion I don't care if you think it's even. The reason you are there is because you got put down or you were a ***** and pulled gaurd. Mishima was on top and he was in control. Fight goes to him.

While I disagree with G-man on his opinion of ATT........I do agree with his points behind scoring. Going for submissions that don't put your opponet in danger or improve your positon when you opponet escapes are counted the same way as punches that miss. Sure you are trying to finish, but you missed. Weak punch that lands does more damage than a submission that doesn't get close to finishing.

Yeah, but if one person is trying to do submissions and the other guy aint doing ****, then it should be scored to the person atleast trying to fight......

If the other guy "isn't doing ****" they will be submitted, or they will get stood up. However, throwing punches from the top, even if they aren't hard, is still doing something. And its doing more damage than weak ass submission attempts that never get close.

Okay so he was doing somthing, defending. Punches? Where? I must have missed them the 5 or 6 times I've watched the event. But if defending for 15 minutes wins a fight, now I see why Nog beat Ricco........

Hows is going for a sub that has been defended 15 times already trying to finish a fight. Mix it up and it's trying to finish a fight. Change position and it's trying to win a fight. Sitting your guard looking like a whitebelt isn't finsihing a fight.

Sitting in somebody else's guard sleeping dont win fights either........

Yeha but then he still threw some shots down that cut him up abit. If fedor sat in somebodies guard and threw down shots everybody would be calling it one of the best fights of all time. But fedor would have been throwing way more shots.

My opinion is that if the guy goes for a sub, you left something open. If it takes EFFORT to escape then it should be scored.

Guys like Fedor, Tito, and Randy are RAAAARELY in sub trouble, cause they dont leave themselves open.

I just really think they should redo the way they score on the grond

HELL in a grappling only match you get ADVANTAGE POINTS for getting sub attemps
