I'm going to spar tonight and in now ay do I want to. It's friday and I'm tired. The kid I spar hits a little harder than he should while sparring and I don't want to just drop him. Usually when I spar I fight at about like 60%.
Should I beat this kid tonight? I wqs think about just constantly taking him down or possiblt lighting him up.
Or just work my stuff without ripping this guy apart and feel like **** when I go home today?
What should I do?

Tell him to ease up, you are kind of beat. If he is a big enough ******* to not do that, drop him on his butt.

I would just ask him to stop. If he didn't I would just stop training with the guy.

My daughter and husband had that problem with a guy in their sparring group. It wasn't until someone got hurt that he mellowed a bit, but he still needed reminding to chill.

He actually had pretty good control yesterday. sparring went well.
He has some nasty high kicks, but when I catch it he gets slammed on his ass.
We did some thigh conditioning after - my leg is killing me.
