They're very light but they have no sole so if you're training on hard surfaces (pretty much anywhere outside the ring) the balls of your foot start hurting after a while. I now use the Everlast Hydrolast boots. Mine are high top but you can get them in lows. They are very very good imo. Excellent grip and good cushioning for the feet. Downside is the price though. |
