What do you recommend to eat in the morning?

I usually have a couple of fried eggs on two pieces of toast.

4 Weetabix and generous with the milk.

And a couple mugs of tea.

Does that seem like a good start to the day, or should I throw some high energy fruits in there, and maybe a smoothie?

I would defintley throw in some fruit and try and poach the eggs or boil them . Eat clean , not inless it's low fat oil or something you use but your supposed to stay away from fried foods and high sugar foods especially . I use sweetner's as well instead of sugar . Eat as clean as possible , 80 90 percent clean .
