I'll tell you another way. Buy Postcount +50 from vbPlaza. You can do it like this:
Currently you have 238 posts. Buy Postcount +50 five times (costs 1000 points per 50 posts) at a total cost of 5,000 points. This gets you close to 500 posts. Once you get close, make enough posts to take you to 500. Don't buy an extra Postcount +50 to do this, it won't raise your rep, you have to make that 500th post with a legit post.
Using this method my rep went up +6 over the last 3 days, the only thing is it costs points. That's OK for me because I make more in bank interest than I spend. For you, it's a problem because you have barely any points, Get posting!

Make sure to deposit your points straight away after you get the interest, this way you won't have to wait longer than 48 hours each time. Interest is good! On 1 million points you get 20K, and this obviously goes up all the time (unless you spend more than you receive).
