So ive been Boxing for about 3 and a half months now and I love it! Im going to a boxing gym and ive been boxing, kickboxing, and doing a little bit of muay Tai. So far Its great! Basically I want to a get a opinion on how my workout is.

On Mon-Sat (Sometimes taking wens off) I do a hard hour workout. The Workout consists of constant movement, Heavy bag work, Push ups, squats, Crunches, Sprints, everything.

Since ive been there awhile ive started sparring. On Thrusday I do light sparring for a hour and on fridays I do sparing with head gear and everything. Im in very good shape and im currently 140 pounds.

Am I doing enough for the time being? Ill be doing more once school gets out because school is kind of in the way of doing more.

I've only been boxing for about three months and that sounds about right. I add weights to my work out but if you really do that every day its impressive to me although hopefully someone with more experience can jump in. I also concentrate a lot on stamina and used to run (need to get back on that) two miles a day.

What age are you? That sounds like a good routine for some1 that started 3 and a half months ago.

Not bad but there is always room for improvement

Routine sounds good, try to bump up the intensity a bit, i have no idea where your at but you can always bump it up no matter who you are. You get results when you feel like you are going to give out and keep going, a comfortable pace will just burn callories. Also if you are looking to seriously get into boxing, kick boxing or any of the other things you mentioned i would pick one and train in that. You would be able to impress your friends with your ability to throw good kicks and punches but. There is a reason you do not see a lot of UFC guys doing pro boxing and the other way around.
