training gloves r sparring gloves and bag gloves r...bag gloves (heavy, double end, pads) u can use the same pair for both but ur gloves will prolly last u less than 2 months. no1 will spar u if ur wearing bag gloves neway and sparring gloves generally rn't built to withstand the rigors of pounding on a heavy bag.

buy a pair of bag gloves then save up for a pair of training gloves. its more money upfront but they'll last u WAY longer. search the forums for specific models of gloves (tons of glove threads)

I have the Ringside version of those fistwraps, they do the job, it's so-so, they do offer good knuckle protection. But I stick with the good ole Mexican handwraps, the ones w/o the hook and loop. I actually just purchased some more today. Nothing compares to them, trust me.

As far as the Title Gel bag gloves, never tried them. But from the feedback at the gym and boxing sites, the general consensus is a thumbs up, good price too. I say, give it a shot.

I'm kinda of a boxing equipment snob, it's Winning or Grant for me. But I tell ya, Ringside is generally better than Title.
