In the opening bout of the evening, Jeremy Jackson, a mixed martial artist veteran, scored a frightening knockout over Sheldon Callum at the end of the third round in a super middleweight contest. The power of Jackson was obvious from the beginning as each punch landed caused Callum to move further to outside. A thunderous right hook to the jaw nailed Callum (5-7, 2 KOs) to the canvas. Jackson, who was making his pro boxing debut, was awarded a KO victory at the end of the third round.

Callum tried to keep his power-punching opponent on the end of a long, left jab, but fell like a plank after he was hit with a monstrous right hook. Time of the KO was 3 minutes.

sheesh, when he went down, there was no leg buckling, he just went straight back & his head bounced on the canvas.............. I thought Jeremy killed him.

One of the guys that was in the back room where he was said he told his coach it felt like Jeremy's hand had a sledge hammer in it.....

I enjoyed Jeremy's boxing match, but the others just plain sucked..... I love watching MMA even when Jeremy is not fighting!!!

MMA is more exciting, but I think Jeremys talents are very well suited to boxing. Espically since he will make more moeny this way.
