unfortunatly my current trainer is having to leave boxing all together due to family commitments. so im pretty much left with out a trainer so in need of a very good one who actually knows what there talking about. travelling to the gym isnt much of a problem and paying the fees isnt either. if anyone can help me out it would be much appreciated.
thanks.

Hey lad, I train at a no frills gym in SE suburbs....95% amateurs plus multicultural. Got kickboxing as well. If you want no BS training, Dandy is the place.

iron boy where do you currently train and what is your experience and goals, the answer to those questions should give us a better guide to what trainer you are suited too.
