A supplement you should avoid. It's already caused liver damage, and is attributed to 1 death. I'm saying this because, recently I saw someone post a thread about this on here, as to wheather or not it was safe to use. I would post the link, but I can't attach the URL, as a result of not having enough posts.

I think that stuff is fine as long as you use it AS DIRECTED. People get crazy with hydroxy cut and creatine and start to ***** when their livers and kidneys fail on them. The thing with Hydroxycut is it works if you are over weight and only really works for about 2 months then its up to you to put the work in to lose the rest. I would recomend it for someone who is starting out and lets say is 200lbs and could and should be around 150. They could take it to help them get started and lose that first bit of weight then they should get off it and never take it again. If you were something like 143 and you were trying to get down to 140 it would be a bad idea to get on any type of fat burner.
Its just some caffine with some witchdoctor herbs in it, but if you are one of those people who can't have a redbull without going into a meth like rage i would also not recomend any fat burner.
All the energy products hydroxycut/no-xplode/black powder.... i have tried them all. If you are going to use them use them for training only. When you fight/sparr your adrenaline gets going a bit at times you do not need or want somthing jacking your heart rate up further. If you want a safe alternative to those things try cytomax that is my favorite, its like everything gator-aid wants to be and its not just sugar water.

I use Cytomax. You're right, that stuff is good. Tastes great, and it won't leave you longing for more, like Gatorade does. The tropical fruit punch tastes the best, IMO.
