See, here in St. John's, there's this one little street with about 50 bars crammed into every nook and crevace. They have festivals all the time, and close off the street. There's a bunch of bands playing (most of them local) on the street. You pay 10 bucks to get on the street, and you can get into any bar for free. No cover charge. Plus you can drink on the street. It should be awesome. Just as long as I don't get my head kicked in by the large group of people who want to beat the **** out of me.

nope. if it's extra gamey then i'm love already. i've had deer and i thought i was perfection! oh that reminds me. we also got 5 lbs. of lamb chops.

Moose is ethier GREAT, or god awful. You have to cook it perfectly, or it goes to ****. There isn't a lot of room for error. Its not like overcooking your steak.

Moose can also be quite gamey. Try Moose prepared by someone that has cooked it before before you try it yourself.
