you would be surprised.

the people can have a good relationship BUT difficulties will come in comunication.

Basically if your interests are not similar or at least flexable or open minded you got nothin to talk about which leads to distrust or just no communication etc...

then it falls appart.

No. Nobody can have a meaningful, lasting relationship unless they're super needy and living a lie. We're all ****ed.

Despite differences of taste, ambition, or preference, if the equality of the relationship is balanced then the unity will last. Yes, I do think that the fate of a relationship does not solely rely upon mere differences so much as it does with the balance of equality and understanding. Emphasis on “understanding.”

I'm opposite of my husband and it does make for some difficult times. BUT, if there is communication and the willingness to LISTEN to each other with an open mind, then the difficulties can be overcome. The main thing is that you MUST have something in common that you can share. Every couple needs at least that aside from love, trust, respect, etc.

Opposites attract....

I'll tell you what you need to know about finding somebody right now. You don't want a soul mate. People that say thy are looking for somebody to complete them are ****ed in the head. I'm already a complete person. What I look for in a woman is somebody who will just let me be me. If they want to change something about you, get out now.

A woman meets a man and thinks she can change him.
A man meets a woman and hopes she doesn't change.

Whoever said that first was a wise man.

I agree about not being with someone that wants to change you, but there are such people that are soulmates. A soulmate doesn't want to change you. A soulmate loves and accepts you for who you are. Romantic notion? Maybe. But I believe in soulmates.
And romance never HURT a relationship with anyone, it enhances it.

I'm just saying people that say I need somebody to complete me should be shot in the head. You're already complete.

P.S. Romance is dead.
