what would be some good options for eating lunch during the day
currently im a truck driver, so i cant really cook anything or heat anything up. i feel like im only reduced to sandwiches.
thoughout the day i eat a decent amount of fruit though. what else could i be eating during the day thatd be easy to transport around.
i usually eat only like ham and cheese or turkey and cheese or even pb and j when i am poor that week haha.
what about other snacks too?

i also want to know cuz sandwiches are so boring

Keep some tuna in tupperware or sumthin. It's a light meal, but it's filling. Same wit a can of vegetables.

true i been trying to eat some more tuna. but how much can you actually eat a week. someone told me. you can only eat like 2 cans a week
