That stuff is poison. It's worse than alcohol, IMO.
I've been getting worse and worse dizzy spells and clenching in my chest and nausea at work and I'm convinced it has to do with this evil substance.
I'm 27, for christ's sake...shouldn't feel like I'm dying.

I tried switching to tea but it ain't helping. I don't get the crashing comedowns of coffee but I still feel like garbage.

you should only drink one cup of coffee, imo.that's harmless.of course 4-5 cups of coffee in a stomach with no breakfast is gonna make your heart race and make you feel like ****.
most mornings i never even drink the stuff..coffee is my last line of defense for staying up all night and having to wake up in like 2 hours.

Damn, this is an old thread...for the record, I was off caffeine for about three or four months, but now I'm back with a vengeance. Actually it was good for me to have the break cause I know I don't actually need it to wake myself up in the morning, but I was reading a lot of studies that say that up to 3 cups of coffee a day is actually beneficial for you. As long as you're not drinking so much that your heart is racing or anything you're okay.
Anyway, it was a fun experiment, but I'm glad I've gone back to my old ways.

I could never give up my coffee. Have you guys heard Dennis Leary's Coffee Flavored Coffee skit. You can get it on Limewire, it's funny ****.
