Small world, Life is what you make of it, hate me now, intro, ghetto prisoner, undying love .. It's ALL good. This is one of the rare albums you can listen to without skipping a single track.

Definitely underrated. Nas has never made a poor album. Nastradamus was a good album. Not on par with previous albums, but can you blame him? From Illmatic to It Was Written, then I Am after, it was never going to be easy.....and original.

exactly, thing is he went so hard from the first album to the third (imo) that the rest of his albums seems to be of lower quality, when in reality they're all good albums. Not all is great, but they're all good.

Its def a solid slept on Nas album... Its not a classic, but its def a solid 4/5 album.

And that's coming from a dude who have bumped all of his albums and mixtapes more times then I dare remember.. Blown away as you mentioned.. EXCELLENT! .. Goodbye also.. I mean.. wow! that's deep. Lord give me a sign really showed some of the best gospel X made since Prayer III.. Give'em what they want, wrong or right is all good headbangers. DMX's flow is far ahead of Nas'....in my opinion, X is tied for the greatest flow ever...DMX, Jay-z, slick rick, 2pac...why those 4? because they have maintained great flows from the beginning of their careers through now. There has been other rappers on that level at one point that fell off with their flow, like Mase and Prodigy.

Exactly, some rappers are just immortal.. Haters will say they fell off but the numbers don't lie.. 6 albums and 6 times no 1 on the album chart... Who can **** with that? Nas, 15 years in the game and he just dropped what many consider ANOTHER classic (untitled) .. Comparing these two.. Not out of the question.. X is worthy of that comparison. and I'll be looking forward to defend this like Truth with his Budden-Pac comparison.. :boxing::boxing:

Dont get me wrong Nas does have a strong catalogue, but you basically just admitted that 2 of the 3 are "personal" favs and thats why you rated them that high. Nastradamus is AT THE MOST a 3/5... Untitled to me was his worst album... I thought it sucked the first time I bumped it, but listened several more times hoping it would grow on me... Never did and I havent listened since.... 3/5... Streets Disciple could have been dope if he took the best songs, and made them in one disc... 3.5/5

It seems we have different standards on what should get a 5/5. To me a 5/5 is a classic that you can bump from front to back w/ NO SKIPS. A 4.5/5 is an album that has only 2 - 3 skips and it drops from there the more skips you add on.

Its pretty obvious that Nas is one of your fav artists if not your fav so its easy to say they are all good to you. I heard that I'm that way with a few artists myself, but I dont think I could tell someone with a straight face an album is a classic knowing its not their best effort.

I think it's fair to say that More Fish is not an official Ghostface album. It was more of a Theodore Unit feature, with Ghost on most tracks. If we leave off More Fish, then we can put Ghostface in the 'all albums rated 4 or above' title.

I loved I AM when i heard it first but in my opinion there are too many useless song like "You won't see me tonight" or "Dr. Knockboot". Those whack tracks kill the album, whereas Undying love, Life is what you make it, Favor for a favor, are real good. Actually, i feel that it's his worst album after Hip Hop Is Dead, which was very disappointing.

I would rate it 13/20.

I admitted that nastradamus is a personal favorite, and have several times on here. From a technical perspective, i also give it a high rating and will never understand why i gets hated on.

I agree with you about streets disciple...I think anywhere between 3.5/5 and 4/5 is a respectable rating for it and that he could have made it alot better by making it a one disc cd.

Nas is one of my favorites but theres alotta people that would rate most of his cd's highly, hes one of the greatest rappers ever and thats respected by most rap fans. The only cds of his that i said i think are really classics are illmatic, it was written, and stillmatic. This is how i rated them...

The only one i can see being hard for others to respect is nastradamus, just because once again for whatever reason most people dont like that album. I also said that many internet polls and the source have both concluded that Untitled is a classic...Although i dont like it that much, i have to respect that. I personally thought it was kind of boring at times, but still a good cd overall. I just realized that i forgot all about hip hop is dead, which i would give a 4.5/5

I usually dont count more fish against him either for that same reason, im not sure why i didnt add that to my post but real talk, ghostface is one of the best rappers ever. Hes so consistent...since 93 when 36 chambers came out, 16 years later hes still got some of the best lyrics and one of the best flows.
