I wouldn't call a team that beat Portugal twice, and in its house twice a mediocre team. Anything can happen in soccer and the weaker teams are surprising the big dogs all over the world. just take a look at teams like Venezuela and Costa Rica who were considered the bottom of LAtinamerican soccer.
