Interesting interview. However, I don't care what Frank Shamrock has to say anymore. He will never fight again. At least not anyone good.

He doesn't care to fight anymore and he doesn't have to. I want to live like he does. Wake up at 10 eat, do some office work, work out, and teach. Only work from Mon. - Thurs. I'm gonna guess he does seminars on the weekends.

Frank and Cesar have a score to settle. There's too much bad blood there for anybody to back down. I can't wait to see that fight.
