Considering that Cash Money is still relevant, and No Limit is no more I'm going with Cash Money.

Soulja Slim, Magic, Fiend, C-Murder and Mystical were the best on No Limit.
Juve, Wayne, BG, Baby, Manny Fresh were the best on Cash Money.

Cash Money is only still alive because of Lil Wayne's popularity. Other than that Cash Money isn't what it was.

Between the two I would ride with No Limit. I think they released better material than Cash Money but that's not to say Cash Money doesn't have classic material themselves.

In this poll I agree, Cash Money>No Limit easily.

Cash Money by far. Juvey makes solid albums (although he isnt there anymore), Mannie Fresh always could bring production and Wayne is Wayne.
