Getting off very fast punches and combos is like hitting a lion or something like that. You have to get your punches off fast and get out before it attacks.(Of course you wouldn't actually punch a damn lion but it's a vision thing)

I take this as in when someone needs to make a move and we're just looking at each other. While that door is open get as much as you can before it closes again. Hope you guys get that.:boxing:

interesting use if an image. see where it takes you and how far you can go.

having an "image" not unlike yours has been used for hundreds of years in many different things. very helpfull.

now try to have a second image and work your way up to 3 or 4 that u can apply to different situations.

then, u would have a much higher level of skill for sure. i would bet u on that even. i do know a thing or two about what u are talking about.

I have multiple things or I just feel I need to attack in my body. If you get me.

not understand in that wording. it sounds like u are still working on it. good for you. u sound like an old school intelligent boxer.

In the amateurs conditioning is everything!!!!! You have got to get off fast and and go wide open....IT IS A MUST! I stress this a lot to my guys. A lot of sprints on the beach is what i do with them...That sand is murder lol!! I never met a group of guys that hated to go to the beach...With me that is lol.
