Using a 12 lbs medicine ball and a partner.
Take the normal sit up position on the floor or matt. Partner is facing you, he tosses the ball slightly above your head. you catch it as you go back and fully extend your arms and let the Medicine ball hit ground above your head. As you come up with the ball and in a sit up postion, throw the ball to your partner. He then repeats the excercise. 30 to 50 times is great.
Part 2 requires your partner to step on your feet. You use the same situp motion except you hold the ball. It goes from hitting the ground above your head to your stomach as you rise in situp postion. Then you thrust the ball forward hard where your partner slaps it and counts. 30 to 50 times is great. This is great for chest and shoulders too. Taking it to another level would simply be using a 15 lbs medicine ball or doing these from the incline bench.
