F.uckin hell, yesterday night I had to watch some 'top 50 TV coppers' bullshit, was painful as hell, all the cava drinking, volavonte eating punani coppers were top on the list. (Poirot, Sherlock holmes etc) What happened to the real TV coppers, the straight up ones who smack you senseless if you dont give them information. Then I remembered the Bill, remember that show back in the day, you know you watched it, now its a disgrace, bunch of women on the rag banging up innocent people.

Who are your fav TV cops? I like coppers like DI Frank Burnside from the Bill, Taggart was a hard cunt back in the day, im talking about the old taggart who died, not the fat joker doing it now.

The Bill was very good back in the day, but shite now. Why do they have to turn quality dramas into trashy soap operas? London's Burning went the same way. But there used to be some good characters in the Bill. Burnside, Don Beech, etc.

Chisholm and Jones in Minder were always good for laughs.
