Ive known this guy for about two years, he is cool as hell and fine as ****, we started off talking about hooking up (this was 2 years ago)but it was right after i broke up with my kids daddy, so i shinned this fool on, we talked on and off for a few months then completly stoped talking for about 6 months, well i bumped into him last night at the gas station across the street from his house, he was real happy to see me, asked if i could go kick it with him, i said **** it, we kicked it for about 3 hours, 3 hours straight of talking no hooking up, just talking and the question was asked again if i could give him a chance, I really dont no what to say to this guy, he is cool as hell a and a great guy, i have never messed with him not even a kiss! And I feel weird to say yes cause ive known him for so long, what should i do?

2 years, damn, i thought we've only known each other for about 1. it doesn't surprise me though, time flies by when i'm with you.

Go for it. Obviously it seems like hes got some respect for you if he can talk to you. Seems like his mind is'nt on what you can "put out" but rather on just who you are. 2 years is a nice amount of time. Seems like you'd rather be with someone who you don't know when you make references like "I've known him for so long, it would be weird". Maybe thats just because you have never been in this situation. I know the feeling.

My experiences have been better with someone I know, rather than the ones I don't. The ones I do know, you know them better, you tend to have more of a friendship, rather than a lusty relationship. Its hard to be friends with someone that you never were friends with before, if it doesn't work out. If you're friends with them before hand, then its much easier to talk about **** and if it ends, much easier to stay friends and a much easier breakup. Weigh your options, but I still say....

its not that id rather be with someone i dont know, i just havnt been with someone ive known this long and it feels weird to me, im confussed, its fun being single but its nothing like having someone to cuddle with every now and then, he started trainng at HOC about a month ago, maybe my brother knows him?

sure, i've known dave since i registered at sherdog back in 2002. i haven't been training so hard since i hurt me knee, i just take it light and enjoy hanging out with all the people up at HOC.

and if you and i were together, we'd cuddle a little more than "every now and then".

well we went out to lunch today and i told him the truth, im not ready for a relationship or any of that, and i also made it clear that im not gonna shine him on the way i have in the past, my head feels more clear and thats outta the way....


Oh and to make things better he only trainned at HOC a few times he didnt like it much so he now goes to another gym.:)
