i am gonna have to agree with tom on this one.

Well, this thread has a very good question (Remember, start with small things like this question and finish with great themes like the cosmos and supernovas). The TV remote is good traveller at least when my mom bring it to the kitchen....WHY??!!! We have the TV in the living room but not in the kitchen!!!

you leave the remote next to the tv because it's associated with the tv and easier to find.

nobody leaves their car keys next to the bus stop because you don't ride the bus if you have a car.
