does anyone have advice? or should i just buy the "expensive" ones

i can find these http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/41EWX4TSQTL._SS500_.jpg for pretty cheap 20-30 on craigslist (dont really wanna trust those unless they havn't been worn more than once and they MUST NOT smell bad) otherwise online for like 40ish damn man i'm low on funds right now.

any suggestions on some bag gloves? brands? what do you guys think about the above or some everlast ones.

i've been using some ripped up everlast from the 90s from my friends basement for the past couple months and they are in horrible condition right now.

Also, how would you come about cleaning gloves and what not? they always end up smelling like sweat and what not. also if its possible to clean them good i think i'm opting for the used century posted from some craigslist sellers

thanks

those kinds of gloves are not recommend for use on the heavy bag.

those mitten looking types of bag gloves are better off being used on mitts and double end bags.

"Super bag gloves", or even training/sparring gloves are recommended.

and you should use 180inch mexican style handwraps

try some of these: (avoid the ones that look like mittens)

hmm i just found out today one of my friends has a **** load of bags. but only one pair of training gloves. I think i'll want one of those mitt like gloves too, use that purely for lighter bags like you mentioned and the training gloves for the heavy ones.

would that century leather wrap glove suffice or is there a better option from another brand?

i checked amazon.com, they didn't have many reviews for gloves

harbinger and century leather wrap glove both are high rated and some of the ever last ones only have like 1-3 reviews.

what i need

decent protection
Long lasting
doesn't smell
etc

will be used daily. 3 minute rounds.
