Bottomline, the beat and chrorus are catchy.(The beat is dope) The video is hilerious, and the verses are funny too.

Is it a great song? No. But with the exception of stan, mosh, the way i am, lose yourself and toy soldiers.....Eminem doesn't usually drop great songs for his singles. He usually drops goofy funny songs, that will get people interested. I didn't really like it either, but it gave me a good laugh....I thought the whole thing was funny.

Platinum, either the first week, or the beginning of the second.....lol

honestly in a way this song is dope. The verses arn't great, with accent. But that BEAT IS JAMMIN and THAT CHORUS IS CATCHY HELL!!!!

His first single is always geared towards middle school and high school kids, and thats why i hated every single one of them. But its unfair to form an opinion on eminem and his upcoming cd based off this song.

the song is no different from any of his other singles from his other albums. i liked the song. it's witty like his other goofy songs were, and of course his flow and delivery and rhyme scheme were technically sound as usual. his album will be brilliant. i can feel it. i can't to hear his 2nd single. for those who hate the song, whatever, you like what you like. eminem will break record sales again, as usual...it's nothing new.

I don't care for the chorus... and I don't care for Em's voice. The song may be funny, but funny (to me) is an extra that you get to add when you have a good song... And I'm really not feeling this song enough to enjoy it being funny.

This type of thing was cool when I was a kid, but I hate it now. It's true he follows the formula with his first singles. I hope the rest of the album is good. The Real Slim Shady and Without Me were both pretty much the only songs like that on their respective albums.

After listening to it, it might grow on me. Cant say I like it now. The video is pretty funny.

You can be laid back and and light hearted and think it sucks.. It reminds me of his shock rapping about celebs he does to create an album buzz on his first single.. I liked Crack a Bottle. The beat and the verses are good in my opinion. It's just Em's chorus ****s up the song overall. I can completely understand why people would dismiss it altogether as soon as they hear the chorus.

I've never really heard anyone say Cormega is a bad MC.. the argument I've heard is he has weak production value and doesn't appeal to a large brand of people. He isn't overlooked as far as his ability goes but his knock to some is the production that he gets behind majority of his beats. (Thats IF you don't like his music as a whole.)

I agree to an extent, the song is ****in wack...but hes doing it for the money. Middle school and high school kids love stupid **** like this. Hes gonna sell alotta records, and he'll have other songs on his cd that are more serious and deeper. But it his formula that he uses to sell records, and its worked for all of his cds so far. Like you said, he does know what hes doing and as much as I hate this song, as much as 90% of the people who heard the song hate it...the younger kids will like it.

Whether we like the song or not we are still talking about it.. that is the whole point to Em releasing these goofy lead single videos. Dude will talk **** about lame celebs, and the state of pop culture just to get a buzz goin, and it is def working. If you look on this page there are several threads talking about this ONE song.. LOL If you go to a hip hop site you'll see some threads about this song that are out of control. One thread on SOHH has almost 1000 posts, and this song just got released! Lets just hope that his next single and the rest of the album dont sound like this. Like others have stated on almost all his other albums the goofy song was the only song that sounded like that on the album.. Encore is the exception, and that album was terrible. The whole album was one big immature piece of trash with all the stupid fart noises, belching, throwing up...etc going on in the background. If this new album is anything like MMLP, EmShow, Shady LP or even 8 Mile it will be a head and shoulders better than his last effort. I am gonna go out on a limb here, and say that this album is going to be much better than some are predicting... maybe not "classic" like MMLP, but def a solid album.
