Yell and scream obscenties at her and throw pens and random objects from your desk at her head....

or better still, lodge a formal harassment complaint with your direct superior. State how her canine noises are preventing you from doing your job.

Whoever came up with the idea of putting workers in cubicles is one sick ****er...either that or they like to see how people deal with homicidal tendencies
