what would yall recommend doing in order to help quit these habits at once?
only thing i have in mind is to do a lot of cardio (sweat) and drink lots of water...
my minds made up.

Co-sign. I never understood how people have such a life n death struggle kickin the habit. When I wanted to quit the ****, I just quit buyin it. Period.

thanks..i guess im talking more as a means of helping my body recover from all that smoke, chemicals, tar, etc...
i felt like a fat kid in gym class playing dodgeball during my run at the park today.

Will power, you will just have to try to go cold turkey I think... you will probably be stressed out for a couple of months but in my opinion its the best way to give up, no more whatsoever (I have never been addicted to cigarettes or anything but it just sounds like its the smartest idea).

Drop it fresh from day one. Try not to hang around as much with mates that are getting lean all the time.
