I was looking at the Bradley pictures and wondering how on earth his abs is shaped so perfectly. I don’t have the perfect 6 pack, they are a bit mis-shaped. Is there a way to correct them? I was hearing that it has something to do with genetics

My left side is higher up than my right if that makes sense? I'm thinking it must be to do with my everyday activities or something.

I do atleast 100+ situps a day to get them to show without tensing but because I'm quite tall I have to sleep at a diagonal on my bed so my right side is more stretched out that my left I figure that might have something to do with it?

It's 95% genetic; working them will cuase them to develop shape and mass, but their actual aesthetics cant be changed at all. You get what youre born with.

Do you do any kind of deep core training. Working the muscles at a deeper level might balance them out. Ab core exercises (http://www.flat-belly-exercises.com/ab-core-exercises.html)

It is training and nutrition, you can't think of it like that. If that was the case then Boxingscene is gay for all the men pics in theirs sigs and avatars. I quit thinking like that in middle school.

Well, where the lines are placed wont change. That is genetics. However how you work them will determine how bulky or smooth they are.

How you flex them will also determine what shape they are. It can also alter where the cuts are placed. Albiet not permanent but never the less in a picture they are permanent.
