Just came back from taking a mean ass dump... Feeling good.

I was constipated all weekend after that stomach virus I had. Things are flowing nicely again today.

It is getting a little warmer and I do need to lose the winter weight. I lost 7 pounds from the stomach virus. Might as well try to lose some more.
