as you can see, i am 72 years old, been into boxing for a long, long time.

i have decided to try hitting the heavybag with as much correct form as possible.

i cant see the videos. maybe i need some updates.

but, correct form depends on who you ask, and even how you are built.

after people train long enough, if trained by a good teacher/coach, they should be able to continue work on their own. as, a good coach can each you to learn for yourself.

but, efficiency in movement is the goal of learning correct form. otherwise, nobody would bother trying to refine form.

oh, is there another link where i can see the vids. i know several 50+ year olds who all have form beyond form - when u get good enough your form doesnt need to look great for it to be good form.

it's funny but at same time so sad, that once you get older, you become weak.. :( I bet that grandpa was hell of the man at his middle ages.

well, some peeps i know have gotten more powerful as they have gotten older. thats why i do what i do - casue i can still do when im older, and the older guys tend to be stronger, and more scary. though they do tend to look 20 or 30 years younger.

depends what u practice and how u work out.

btw, why does america not have public workout areas like i have seen n other countries???

i would think we would have those exercise pieces in our parks by now. i have seen older ladies go on them and rock through 30 minute work outs.

i think that this would encourage people to get fit more.

Looks good to me dude. You might want to ease up on the power just a little bit though. You don't want to hurt your hands.

at first i thought he had a problem but then as you can see he can rest his hands normally at his sides..he just throws stiff as bum punches for no reason.
