I know he hasn't been facing the best competition since stinking up the joint against Judah, but he does have 15 straight KO/TKO (all fairly early in the fights) since them. He just KOd a Polish guy--who had gone 12 rds. with Urkal-- in the 2nd round. I wonder if he can get into the mix at 140 lbs. if he steps up his competition. I know he's been calling out Hatton for 3 years, but that puzzy biyatch Warren won't let his golden boy go anywhere near Witter--or anyone within top 15, for that matter.

I can see him getting a major title shot before Hatton, or at least a shot against one of the big names before Hatton, as he is willing to travel anywhere.

Its hard to say. The only time Witter moved up....he got floored. He has looked good in his last few fights (yes, I saw them), but against weak opposition. He certainly has talent, but will he fold against the top tier fighters? Not sure. I would like to see him try.

The Witter situation annoys me so much that i sent him a email yesterday!!

I cant stand him anymore, if anyone has watched him then they will know what i'm on about!! He refused to fight a fighter with any talent! i sometimes say Mitchell, Cotto or Hatton fight poor fighters but compared to Witters opponents there records are brilliant!

Witter would be taking a step up if he did some sparring with the am fighters at my local gym(i'm 100% serious)

The 15 fight KO record mean nothing and i will never consider Witter a good fighter until he beats one, i will even respect Witter more if he beats an average opponent!!

I only have one question. I want to know Witter this guy can fight or not?

The only reason he gets a shot before Hatton is coz he's low risk(ie crap).

If you look at his record he's only fought outside of Britain twice...Hatton has 4 times.

Another ****ing factless, moroninc post. Guys, please have an original thought.

I know what you mean mate. I live in Leeds which is nextdoor to his home town. Nobody that I've spoken to from Bradford has any respect for him.

I apologise if I have upset you Frank.

I am not saying I think Witter is a better figter than Hatton, because I don't think he is. The reason I thought he may fight a major name before Hatton is due to the fact, as you say, that he is not seen as such a risk.

The guy does have some skills but he's soft.

I think Hatton would eat Witter alive. Same with any other top 140 guys.

I apologise Stu. I've had a couple and the old "Hatton doesn't travel" thing again made me snap (again). I just wish some peolpe would think a bit more. I mean.. nobody questions Morales (me included), and he's never fought more than 500 miles from TJ.

Morales has fought at the JLA against McCullough I believe. That's only once but still...he shouldn't really have to go far as Vegas and Cali are two huge boxing places.
