We were also supposed to be dumped out of the CL by a supreme Real Madrid.

Since then we have trounced Madrid and Villa and also United on their turf and pulled the points back to 1 and overturned the goal difference. We were supposed to be boring yet we have scored more goals than any other side in the Premier League this season so far.

Thus you can understand the change in mindset mate.

United are a great side and they will come back and will still probably win this league however I love my club therefore I'll take your bet mate.

Man U have Boro to play away, Man City and Arsenal so can see them droppin points in one of those games. Liverpool have a fantastic chance, never been at this stage in the prem were they are still in with a chance and only focus is league.

If im right in thinking, the only games we have lost this season in the prem, have all been 12.45 kick offs? Middelsborough always seem to give us trouble, but we'll be way to strong for them on this occassion.

Liverpool has to straighten out their defense, they ate 7 goals from chelsea in 2 games, and 4 against arsenal. carragher should retire and make room for a skrtel & agger partnership. liverpool needs a quality striker, and left winger, and a RB in case arbeloa gets ****ed up. the team is shaping up nicely, yossi is stepping it up, and so is kuyt.
gerrard and torres are on a league of their own, mascherano and alonso supply the ammunition, all liverpool needs is to straighten out their defense because offensively, they have improved a lot.
oh and get barry FFS, lucas is utter ****ing ****, when he's on the field, liverpool is playing with 10 players.

Carragher lost out every duel to Drogba. He doesn't have the legs to be world class anymore. Also, I have witnessed on many occasions to us conceding because of set pieces, and we all know Carragher does not provide a whole lot in aerial ability.

Drogba is a world class powerful forward and has always given Carragher trouble. The set peices issue is more down to the zonal marking rather than Carraghers lack of aeriel ability.

I have been to 70% of all our home games this season and can tell you that he has looked awesome.
