aight, well...i got Silent Hill 3 last summer...i LOVE that game. So i thought i'd get Silent Hill 2...i've looked EVERYWHERE for it, i've called 3 walmarts and 4 different little software shops around here and can't find it anywhere...gr.

so last night, i went in to walmart (who happens to have a ****ty selection of games) and ended up getting Devil May Cry 2. Hadn't really heard much about it but the girl there said she'd played it and she liked it. i get it home...didn't open it cuz now im wondering if i should just take it back. i've read a bunch of bad reviews on it... =\

So...has anyone played Silent Hill 2 or Devil May Cry 2???


I may just breakdown and go get Manhunt, they had it and it sounds like a pretty good game

I have Silent Hill 2 and 3. Part 2 is scarier than part 3. They're both good games except 3 has more weapons.

I never played DMC2 cause they said it sucked. DMC1 however is a gem of a game. If anything get DMC1 for 20 bucks.

If you like DMC, get Ninja Gaiden for the x-box. Awesome game

yea, i've heard a LOT of good reviews about DVM...its a shame the second one sucks so bad then. i'll probably take it back to walmart tonight and just get my money back. They dont have any good games...but they do have the GTA 3 and GTA vice city both together for 40. For some reason the Vice City i had wont play anymore...kinda odd. It was in my first PS2 when my lil sister pulled it off. I keep getting some error saying it can't read the disk but the disk has no scratches or smudges on it at all.

i ended up taking back DMC2 and got grand theft auto vice city and GTA 3 instead...now i just have to have some vid store order me silent hill 2...:cool:
