Yeah I know I suck, don't bother posting in my thread.
1. don't bother pointing out the mistakes
2. i dont need any criticism
3. just tell me if i did anything better than last time
4. The chains keep breaking, so does hte rope so I guess I'll have to buy some industrial srength tow truck chains or something
5. not in this video but today I did restuff my bag and added another 20 lbs of weights and sang bags. so it went form 70 lbs to 90 lbs.

MUCH better than the last video.
But how are you gonna get better without anyone sayin what you can improve on? You NEED to keep your left hand up when you throw that lead hook. Your head and body movement is overly exaggerated as well. Snap your punches...dont push them.

I'm trying.
And I did just raise it higher after that video. was way too low.
I thought I did worse in this video than my last.

Just keep practicing. Work on your core too. That's where all that movement comes from...your legs and your core. Keep it up..it's lookin much better

Much better than the first video, i would suggest you stick with the southpaw stance, you look more comfortable that way.
Since you arent going to the gym i would suggest you check that youtube channel:

The guy has a lot of tutorial stuff from various boxing dvd's, you could learn a thing or two...or twelve. :boxing:

yea, i too am a lil confused about not wanting constructive criticism...i understand you dont want to get flamed, but theres nothing wrong with honest critique that will help you?
i would suggest you relax your shoulders & loosen up - dont think about punching so much, let it come naturally
