Doing a term paper for Bus. Law 2 class, and i need to interview an employer and ask him questions pertaining to the legal aspects of employment. Anyone has some suggestions, i have about 15 questions but i need 20. Any help is appreciated

HOw are job applicants recruited?

What is the eomployer's opinion regarding the proper way to terminate an eomployment contract fro ma legal viewpoint?

Is the employment contract written or oral?

What does the employer feel are his legal responisbilitied toward his employees?

a sexual harrassment complaint on another employee

no compete agreements

reprimanding employees for other improper conduct
