the rawest i ate na pangpulutan yung sa tuguegarao, bagong katay yung baka(oddly done i may add) kinuha lang yung atay tapos deretso na sa suka..katapat gin..like eating red jello.

1. heat oil 2. put tahong meat 3. add vinegar and toyo 3. add chopped garlic, 4. and MSG (not madison square garden - monosodium glutamate. corny hehe) optional yung last ingredient.

I dont know if its true that the Aling Lucing Sisig commercial food chain, is NOT the original recipeowners. The real Aling Lucing Sisig restaurant they said is the one in Angeles and they didnt expanded.

By the way, there's some homemade tapang usa from Palayan City in Nueva Ecija. They go door to door, into offices sellling these especially in Cabanatuan. Man, this is just the best. Meat so tender and flavorful.

The funny thing is, there's this Vietnamese pho place that i ate out at in MOA, I was looking through their menu and on the back of it, had a listing of all their locations in the US. On their list included the address of my favorite pho place in SoCal, which is really popular amongst the Vietnamese. They both have the same exact business name "Pho Hoa".

So when I got back to the US. I ate at the Pho restaurant and the owner happened to be at the resto, so I told him that I ate at one of their locations in Manila. And he gave me a surprised look. He told me there's no other location. And I told him, but it had your guy's address on it. He was just laughing and he said, man I'm gonna look 'em up online. He told me that they're not a franchise nor are they somehow affiliated with any other pho restaurants.

And no, the pho restaurant I ate at in Manila was whack, it wasn't authentic at all.
